As per title - I have had the Hub Router 3.0 since its initial release. It has shown the red light on the front for some time but continued to work. Today I lost all WiFi devices to my router for almost the entire day. I unplugged the router and also selected the button on the from for hand shaking. Eventually the WiFi returned (spooky) but the red light continues and gives me cause for concern. Long text but I would like an upgrade. Not sure what upgrade versions I am entitled too.
Edit - Current contract has just ended so potentially the Gig1 Fibre Broadband may be cheaper than my previous contract.

Hey Foxx744, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
The red light indicates could be a fault.
Please try the following
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
I will also send you a DM incase this doesn't work.
