Hi folks.
Need some assistance installing a second white wifi pod with a hub 3.
Had one for ages and it installed no issues. The new one will not activate. Have read and tried all suggestions on here and no joy. Rang today to ask that they add the new Pod to the account and link it up tonthe hub and the guy dealing simply closed the order for the new pod. Which I am unsure if that will link it to my account??
Weirdly I have noticed the last two digits on the new Pod serial number in the VM Connect App are not the same as the printed sticker on the Pod. Could that be the issue? Keep getting a failed to activate when trying to install through the VM app.
