Having problems with broadband dropping

broadband dropping on both wifi and wired connections, also tv screen is flickering.could I have an intermitent cable fault ? Hub 3 recently change for another hub 3. Is ther a problem with hub 3s ?

Finger crossed as I know intermitent faults are difficult to find

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 and ensure all cables and connections are tight and in good condition.

All internal connections are tight and were checked by engineer when visiting to replace faulty hub 3. Perhaps external connections could be at fault

I have looked into this and cannot see anything that would be causing such issues with your connection. Are you still experiencing the issues at the moment?

Hi Steven, thanks for the response I've been having trouble for a while but the last 3 weeks or so things seem to be getting a bit more often. The hub was changed a short while back as it had a red light rather than white. At that time the internal wiring was checked and found to be ok.

As the problem seems to affect both tv and broadband my suspicion is some sort of cable/connector issue outside my property

Do you have issues with your wired devices or is it just over WiFi that you're having the drops in connection?
