broadband dropping on both wifi and wired connections, also tv screen is flickering.could I have an intermitent cable fault ? Hub 3 recently change for another hub 3. Is ther a problem with hub 3s ?
Finger crossed as I know intermitent faults are difficult to find

All internal connections are tight and were checked by engineer when visiting to replace faulty hub 3. Perhaps external connections could be at fault

Hi Steven, thanks for the response I've been having trouble for a while but the last 3 weeks or so things seem to be getting a bit more often. The hub was changed a short while back as it had a red light rather than white. At that time the internal wiring was checked and found to be ok.
As the problem seems to affect both tv and broadband my suspicion is some sort of cable/connector issue outside my property
