Having difficult setting up TP Router

I am having difficulties setting up TP-link router. I go into quick setup and I have selected Dynamic IP and the test fails.

  • I have tried 30 turn off.
  • Tried ports 1,3,4 same results.
  • rebooting TP-link router.
  • updating TP-link firmware.

You have to reboot the HUB, ensuring there are no other wired devices connected, with the exception of the TP-link Router connected to any of the ports on the HUB to the WAN port on the TP-link Router.

This ensures the HUB associates the correct MAC address to allow internet access (Only one device is allowed internet acccess assuming modem mode is being used).
