hello need some help as my hub 4 settings page will not load I have tried factory reset my hub and its still not loading can any one help.

There are hundreds of posts on this exact issue ...
1) Uninstall the Connect app from every device in your home.
2) Press RESET on the Hub 4 for 60 seconds - then leave the Hub 4 powered on to revert to the shipping condition.
3) Do not re-install the Connect app or you will rapidly end up with a Hub 4 in the same failed menu situation.
