I got my hub delivered by post earlier today and after plugging it in, it does not seem to be connecting to the Internet. The first customer rep I spoke to said she had successfully sent a signal through but all I can see is the green light at the bottom, the green WiFi symbol and green flashing arrows. After logging into the router's settings, I can see it says access to Internet denied. Any ideas what could be the issue?

Internet (Access denied) could mean this Hub needs to be activated.
Are there any notes mentioning placing a call to the Activation number 0800 953 9500 ?
Or to the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 ?
