I was called on Monday by an employee who had picked up my interest in fibre and said that it was possible to have it installed into the flat I’m moving into. We discussed it and I said I would get permission from the agents first before going ahead, I was told I would be called back today. I unfortunately haven’t been contacted again and I have tried to get in touch but I am unable to be redirected to the right people.
I have been granted permission to go ahead with the installation but I just need to discuss some things with him first. If someone who actually knows what they’re talking about could speak with me that would be great.
It’s very important that I get it sorted as I am left with no other means for broadband as for some reason my new area is rubbish.
Please can anyone help I am desperate!!

Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open 8:00am to 9:00pm Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and see if they can sort you.
