Hi all,
There are ongoing issues with Virgin in my local area, however recently the external brown box outside the block has recently become exposed and appears to have come away from the wall. The cover is missing, the other cover held in place by tape, all the wiring is exposed and also seems to be damaged. Photo attached for reference. It appears to be twinaxia!?
I hoping a moderator can advise further on having the infrastructure repaired.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
