Hello!
Hopefully someone can help. Seems like it's a very common problem. My box keeps crashing whilst watching Netflix, giving the error code: tvq-pb-101 (5.2.15)
Restarting the box doesn't help.
Any suggestions appreciated!

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.
Has the troubleshooting steps in the link @Cardiffman282 has kindly provided helped at all to resolve this?
Do you have any other connection concerns or app issues with the set top box or is it just Netflix?

Yes, that was the firs thing I looked at. It basically tells you to turn it off and turn it on again. No, that didn't solve it unfortunately! And I don't have the time/effort to call Virgin about it.

Thank you for your reply, we are sorry to hear you are still having this issue. Does this happen on any other devices, or just your TV box? Are all other apps working okay?
