Endless loop trying to order WiFi pods

Hi can anyone recommend an easy way to order these WiFi pods I have been told on 2 separate occasions that it has been ordered but I have yet to receive a dispatch notification and have yet to receive anything. Getting very frustrated 🤯🤯
