You have been recently laying cables down our road and the contractor you are using has damaged our wall, to make matters worse they have tried to rebuild the wall as if nothing happened, consequently they have left it unstable and dangerous. Anyone could have been hurt due to this. I didn't inform the contractors as I only noticed after they had left. The job number is N7155COM-018-01. I have video to show how they left it please can someone contact us asap.

Thank you!

Hi Fudge123,

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this looked into, I am sorry our workmen have left quite the mess behind 😥 I would be more than happy to get this sorted!

We'll need to go into a PM in order to collect the information from yourself, as well as pictures you've taken of the damage.

Speak soon!

Thanks Paul,

Your complaint case reference is C-291223469.

The next aspect I'd like to go through is what happens next, as you're not a customer and your property has been damaged by our engineers, you will need to speak to our Legal Claims Team who will listen to what has happened, look at your evidence in pictures and offer a resolution.

We can't help directly with this here on the Forums, but you can email them with - VMO2InsuredClaims@libertyglobal.com

Please include the following information so they can get your claim started as soon as possible -

•  Full name.

•  Current address.

•  Address of damage/incident location if different to the above.

•  Date of alleged damage/incident.

•  Brief nature of damage/incident description.

•  Images/evidence in support.

They usually reply back to any new claims within 48 hours, but please be aware it could be longer due to the time of year 😊
I hope you get the resolution you're hoping for from them and if you need any further help, please let us know.

Thanks,

Megan_L
