I recently had a contractor in to do some work and they disconnected my virgin media hub whilst I wasn't home. They have damaged the port on the back of the hub leaving me with no internet.
How do I request a replacement hub?

Just call the normal fault line on 150 (VM line) or 0345 454 1111 others (national rate) - to report the issue. They may charge you £25 for a non-VM-fault call out and Hub swap
