Hi
My problems are all devices connected to hub but some have no Internet when others do. Have reset hub bit no change .not always same devices have problems so must be the hub

More information please. Wired or wireless? What are the lights on the Hub doing when the devices disconnect? What model of Hub do you have?

OK - so can check on an ethernet connected device at the same time to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?
Its looking like its a simple wifi interfence issue

Many modern devices are reluctant to connect to a Wi-Fi service that has WPA-PSK enabled.
Check the Hub 3 menu to ensure Wi-Fi Security mode is set to WPA2-PSK only.
Also make sure "Smart Wi-Fi is disabled,
when enabled "Smart Wi-Fi" can be a major source of Wi-Fi compatibility issues.

Can you clarify that please. Are ethernet connected devices connected to the network or not?
