Hi all
Up to a couple of days ago the vm connect app was working fine but now when trying to log in it responds with
Sorry. We could not connect you to the server. Please try again.
When trying again it responds with
We can't seem to recognise you at the moment. Please sign in.
And repeat.
Any ideas out there.

The problems were all at the Virgin end which they eventually sorted.
