I have noticed a few people having issues with connecting to the Connect App - was a solution found? I keep asking VM but have NEVER heard back?

Why bother with the connect app? Just communicate with the hub directly, you have to in modem mode in any case.

I’d happily avoid the app, can you explain further - I was tech savvy until 2000 but not anymore.

Manage the Hub via its menu at http://192.168.0.1/
login with the Hub password from the bottom side sticker.
We too do not use the Connect app, meaning do not have it installed.
To be honest we have no need touch the VM Hub from one month to the next.
