Hi Can anyone help my Connect App wont locate my hub 4 tried switching off router uninstalling app clearing cache and data. There has been WiFi issues on my postcode according to the service status but it been going on for weeks . Albeit I haven't seen any issues with the internet.

Not weeks, almost 10 months and has resulted in hundreds of near identical posts.

Thanks for popping back on our community. Sorry it's not on better terms though.
We're fully aware of the issue with the Connect App and our Hub 4 not working together.
What I would like to do is take a look at this in a bit more depth and see if we can come up with a fix.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
