Hi. For the last 3 days the Connect App cannot find my Hub4.
Initially the WiFi Pods also lost connection. After talking to customer service I was told the Pods were broken. (Both failing at the same time didn't sound correct).
Anyway I reset the Hub4 and the Pods reconnected, but the Connect App doesn't.
Any ideas. I have uninstalled the app, cleared cache and tried on my iPod as well no difference.

Some have found a 60 second press of Reset gets a failing Hub 4 to work again with
the VM Pods / the Hub admin menu / VM Connect.
But the Hub may fail again in the same way in a few days & then require replacement.

It does seem that the issue is the Hub 4 after reviewing the various topics on the forum.
Thanks

Hi I did a 60 seconds reset and I could use the Connect App. BUT as soon as I changed the WiFi name from VM12345678 to the name I have used for years it wouldn't connect
