Hello Virgin, I cant get into the router settings (Gui) on my hub 4. the connect app won't work either. I have tried dumerous restarts of my hub, connecting a laptop via LAN, and using incognito mode on my browser. nothing works. I cannot get the connect app to work either. It will not find my hub. I need a replacement hub basically.

Do you have the VM Connect app on any devices? There is a known fault when used with the Hub 4.
You need to remove the Connect app from ALL devices, then do a full factory reset on the Hub. It should then work normally.
