Hi, just run a CAT 6 Ethernet cable from modem to garage (about 50 meters) and just wondering what is the best way to create a second access point so I have wireless broadband in house and garage?

Something like this in access point mode:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-MU-MIMO-Wireless-Supports-Parental/dp/B0C46RKSYK?th=1
Gives you spare wired (ethernet) connections also.

Thanks for reply.
If I had this on wireless would I also be able to use super hub 3 wireless aswell?

Yes and if it is configured to the same SSID / Password as the Hub 3 you can have seamless use of Wi-Fi on your devices.
We have a similar setup with a Hub 3 in Router mode + two Wi-Fi APs. We use fixed channels on the Wi-Fi to ensure our Wi-Fi network is stable and free from channel overlaps.
