Can’t access hub 4 settings or vm connect app

same tried everything multiple resets etc once it turns back on lets me in once i change anything and then it boots me out wont let me back in, once details are entered white screen and non responsive. i have managed to get some of my old settings back but as i game and do port forwarding etc that hasnt been set up the reset made sure that was all wiped out anyways and no matter what i do nothing seems to be fixing the issue. i have managed to get an engineer visit for tomorrow so will see how that goes but im getting internet and normal speeds so its weird that its working in some reguards and not others, but im honestly completely out of ideas at this stage i wouldnt say i was overly knowledgable but ive been doing the basics on most hubs from i was about 12 now 36. and ive never had this issue before luckily if anyone can help or advise i would be willing to try stuff but everywhere ive searched ive already done everything i can
