Can't Find Router

Hi

I had my installation yesterday and have been able to connect my phone and laptop to the broadband, yet my home PC can't detect it. I've tried everything but it just doesn't appear in the list of available!

What am I doing wrong?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I ask if you are able to see the network name when you scan for the WiFi at all? Does the laptop have a VPN?

No, I can't see the network. It is a home pc, but quite old. What is the VPN?

Your home PC has problem get someone to fix it

The quickest fix might be to buy a dual band Wi-Fi adaptor for the PC.
