Cable At The Front Drive Messed Around With

Someone undesirable had unscrewed the coax cable at the front property where the brown box is. It was just left like that. The internet was down for over an hour, and because I live next door to a Karen, I knew enough to inspect the outside of the house. I accidentally broke the brown box just to look inside, and low and behold, the coax cable had been totally uncrewed and left like that. The person likely responsible looks like a walking upright warthog and is a Karen, did I mention? Shouting at folk. Horrible. She has a litter who could be responsible, but enough of my mild, vexatious rant.

She has some bloke who comes around every so often and is tech-savvy, and I'm concerned with what could have been done to it. Could a sniffer be installed? Or could anything more sinister be done that I don't know of?

I'd suspect gremlins long before the neighbours or their visitors.
Especially as the wall box was so difficult to open it is now damaged.

I got a call from someone named David who works for VM. He had to confirm with me it's the brown plastic box like housing at the front of the property. Great. So, I thought this will get sorted out this week. But no. No sign of anyone from VM has come round and it's almost a week since that phone call. Sooo, do I wait, have another go with the online form submission or what?

I think I'll resubmit the online form today and see what happens. If nothing comes of it, then I'll install a box myself.
