Broadband issue since 'essential works'.

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I had been having constant issues with the Hub 3, like many others it appears. I believe it just can't handle the amount of devices I had connected.

Anyway, I decided to pay out for a Deco M4 system to try to resolve my issues permanently. After a bit of a nightmare trying to the system up, I got it working Saturday morning and everything was so much better.

Unfortunately, since this morning I can't get the network to work. Coincidentally, Virgin were doing essential works in my area this morning. I have tried the status checker, which reset my Hub 3, reset my Deco, unplugged them both for a few minutes, but to no avail.

Does anyone have any other ideas that could help?

Frustration is getting the better of me at the moment.

Many thanks.

This reads like there are issues with the Virgin Media side of the connection to the Hub 3

Hi all, I've read through a lot of posts on here recommending Deco M4 as a solution to my Virgin media WiFi issues.

I purchased a 3 set and installed them. Got them working after a few problems and they were great for a couple of days. Now the last 2 mornings, they have got no internet.

I have the hub 3, now in modem mode. I've spent hours the last few days, turning off, rebooting and eventually forgetting and resetting up the Deco's.

Unfortunately again this morning, I have no connection to the internet. Is anyone able to suggest anything that could help please?
