No broadband since yesterday. Online test confirm problems in my area (21). Would appreciate an estimate of how long before this is fixed please.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page. It may give an estimate ? Usually the Status Page in My VM gives estimates as well?
Otherwise wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
