Hi, how do I book an engineer to fix the broadband cable in the garden? It’s been damaged by some contractors, thanks!

Post up a photo or two so a VM person can assess the damage and sort a repair

Or call it in as a fault on 150 (VM line)  or 0345 454 1111 others (national rate).
