All 3 of my pods have stopped working, they are all flashing with a blue light.
i have rebooted and reset the hub 4 via the connect app etc with no change.
brought all 3 pods into the Same room as the hub and still no change, connect app shows all 3 pods offline.
any ideas …?

Sorry to hear your Pods have stopped working.
I hope everything has been resolved since posting but if not, try this - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to/broadband/wifi-pods and then the Pod you're using.
