Additional WiFi Pod

Tuning in

Requested another WiFi Pod on two separate occasions now. After chatting to someone on the webchat I was told the first order never went through for some reason, so a new order was raised and I was told the Pod would be delivered today 25th. I was told, I would receive an email from YODEL with a tracking number. You got it no message from Yodel and no Pod insight. 
Any Virgin staff online can help me out please!

We're sorry to hear you're had some issues with trying to order a new WiFi pod. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
