Hi guys I have trouble in getting appointments for the installation of the broadband port in wall.We ordered broadband modem but I couldn't access the app or contact the customer service since I didn't get any account number or area reference in my bills or contract.Can anyone help me out how to solve this problem??

We can see you have raised this via another thread which we have responded to, we ask that members don't post multiple threads for the same issue. This doesn't get a response any quicker and can actually delay a response.
