Modem mode Logs are Docsis just like router mode it is clear that the modem reboot was done by unknown so router mode will not given more info on the problem

@legacy1 yes I know I am just pre-empting the questions which no doubt will be asked by the forum team..

Last time this happened there was no issue at all at my end but I had to have an engineer come to then raise this with networks because apparantly the forum team cannot do this.

Forced reboots in the early morning are often the result of work being done on the VM network. That may be the case for you.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Three days a week same days same time....

My Broadband Ping - Virgin New Modem Mode

You are not the only one, I have same thing happening to my modem on the exact time. This must be virgin doing something on their network as it is impossible that it is happening at the same time. And in my case I had 3 restarts over past week. Reason is same like yours, unknown.

So here I am at 4.39am... still awake after the reboot at 2.39 this morning and getting notifications my cameras were offline and my nas too...  virgins way of torturing their customers with sleep deprivation?

My Broadband Ping - Virgin New Modem Mode

Same time as mine today. I guess we're ok for a few days now until next Tuesday when it'll start again. Love how virgin media can't "see" the hubs rebooting.

Where are you located? I am in Birmingham. Also rhat would be so, so eqsy if Virgin would say - "we do maintenance work at night, hemce why modem must restart" if not it is a software issue that they restart at the same time with code "unknown".
