I hope someone can help. I think my Virgin media app account as got corrupt as if I login I can't see bills because I'm not the main account holder. If I click on forgot email and enter all my account details the email shown isn't mine. It's never been any of our family emails. I can't get it changed so some help would be great. Thanks
