Hi,
I've been trying to register for a my Virgin Media account having recently became a new broadband customer (selected VM app board as seemed most aligned but I'm talking about a VM account in general - not just on the app).
When I tried to make an account a few days ago, I clicked the link in the verification email to verify my email address. Nothing came through. I clicked it again a few minutes later and nothing came through. A few minutes after that, an email did come through with a verification link, but when I clciked it, it said the link had expired.
I tried again today and this time the verification email hasn't come through (again).
Any help?
