Hi,
I upgraded my Broadband TV and Phone package over a week ago, but it does not appear in my Virgin Media app when logged in.
it does not even display my old package.
how long does it usually take to appear.

I know there has been a brand new update to the app recently, what have you upgraded to was it a new speed bracket / new tv etc?
It should show in orders / appointments does it show anything there? Cheers

Welcome to the club @Spencer21 I changed my package on 14 November and the app is doing exactly the same for me too.
Take a look at the thread linked below and you’ll see the extent of the troubleshooting tips I tried with mine, @Tom_W1 has raised a ticket for me so hopefully it won’t be too much longer until it’s fixed now that Virgin Media are aware that it’s affecting multiple customers.
Until a fix has been found @Tom_W1 has advised me to use the main Virgin Media website to view package, service status, billing information etc.
