Unable to login to mobile app

Stuck in a loop trying to login to app, enter email which is accepted, then asks me to enter the unlock screen password for my phone which I enter which then takes me to screen to ask for my email which is accepted then asks me to enter my mobile unlock screen....can you guess what it next asks !!!
