Unable to go to "My Account" or "My Virgin Media" Main Pages

I have tried on 3 different devices (PC, Phone, Laptop) to access the "My Account" area from the phone app or the "My Virgin Media" log in pages for "https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home"

Both of the above take me to a screen where I am simply loading with no feedback on what is actually being attempted or if my account has even been accessed and just the main page is down.

Can I please get some assistance on this? I am a brand new customer and this is a very poor first impression when I can't even access the main portal to control my account settings or even view my account settings.

Thankfully I seem to have internet at the property so that much is good, I just can't control any aspect of it.

Have you been able to try access this via a laptop here

I get a page with this message:

something's gone wrong
We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.
It's something at our end, and we?re working as fast as we can to fix it.
If you try again later everything will be sorted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Need to do anything else?

It looks as though this is still being looked into, apologies for the delays and inconvenience.

Without access to the Websafe settings I can't effectively work. Will have to cancel the contract if not sorted in a day or 2

I assume I can cancel within 30 days of the contract beginning?

Yes @dayman99 we are investigating the issue, it is known to the team and they'll work to have this resolved as soon as possible for you. 

In the meantime, if you are still having any issues after the 2 days you mentioned, then please do let us know and we'll support further or provide any available updates on the issue. 

You have a 14 day cancellation window from the start of your contract should you chose to.

unsure if this ever got resolved but as of today(12/02/24) i'm having same issue- email in,password in...nothing-page just sits there. have tried both mine and the missus log ins, same for both- just locks up. did the problem ever get identified before i have to book a day off work trying to talk to someone?
