If you're still having the same issues, please can you try to access the site on a different browser or device? If you don't have any other devices or browsers downloaded, please clear your current browsers cache and try to access the page again. Please give this a try and let us know how it goes?

I'm having the same issue and I tried on Chrome and Edge as well as mobile, all have the same problem as described by David

Having the same issue here. Just signed up to VM and wanted to check the settings and cannot access the webpage, just spins and spins. Been like that for 10 mins now. Tried Chrome on Android, Firefox on PC and both the same.
