Unable to create account - password issue

Hi, I am trying to create a new user as I had recently joined the broadband plan.

However I have been blocked on the create password steps. I had used different combinations and still asking for trying a new password combination.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
