I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your password for your online account. 

Are the passwords that you've tried all classed as secure by the system?

What happens, when you try to submit your password changes?

The problem persists.

Whatever I try I’m advised that the new password doesn’t meet the criteria. There is a cross against using part of my user name. I’m not!

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your My Virgin Media online account.

Have you tried using a completely different password? If you have, please try clearing your cache and cookies and then giving it another go.
