Hi all,
I have recently signed up to VM, and am trying to register for the my VM app.
However, when I enter my details (i.e. surname, account number and area reference code) it tells me that there is already an email address registered to the account. The email address is a completely strange one to me.
Any tips on how to proceed?

Can you confirm if you've moved recently or is this a brand new account?
