Dear all,
I have been receiving calls from Virgin Media Sales team every day but they don't say anything and just disconnect after 4-5 seconds. When I called back, the automatic message says that this is virgin media sales team and you don't need to call back, we will reach out again.
It is happening for 5 straight days. Did anyone experienced this, why are they doing this?

It might be a sales drive, or you are coming to the end of a discounted contract.
If you sign into My Virgin Media then Account Settings > Marketing preferences, you can untick the check box next to "Sounds good! Keep me up to date" which stops VM contacting you via phone, text message, post and email. Be sure to scroll down and click on Save Changes. It takes up to 28 days to take effect. This won't however prevent mailshots to "the householder"

If you also have a mobile sim with VM/O2 then you would need to sign into your mobile account and do the same there.
