Not all Accounts showing up in App

Hey!

I recently noticed that one of my two accounts is not showing up on my mobile app. I have a phone and internet account but only my phone bill and account is currently showing up on the mobile app. This in turn made me miss a payment for my internet as I was not receiving any notifications for an upcoming payment due. 

I was able to log in to my account on my laptop and pay this bill, but there is not history of paid bill on my mobile app and I am still unable to see the internet account on the app.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear there has been an issue with the account, can I ask to confirm has any of the mobiles been transferred to O2 at all?
