I am trying to create a new virgin media broadband account and when I go onto the website and try to create my account I put my email in and it comes up with confirm your account details, I have tried using a few different emails and I get the same result and there is no way to get past it, any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty you've faced when trying to register for the account, can you please confirm if you have been able to try an alternative browser, or clearing the cache on the browser you're using?
