Missing order
Hi, I placed and order on 30th November and received the order summary and order documents emails but have heard nothing since and there is no order showing in the app. The chat bot is unable to help, is there anyone out there who can?

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

Online orders can take up to 14 days to be applied to the account.
The new deal won't show on the account or the app until this has been added by the team.
