I can't rest my Password

I've been trying to reset my password to log into my Virgin Media Account and keep geeting the same response   "Oops, we've ran into a problem.  Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)"

I've cleared my cache, tried other computers and phones but still get the same response.

Any help would be appreciated.
