My email address is linked to my old account. I’m trying to put my new order on and it’s not accepting it. Can someone tell me how to go about deleting old acct and having my new order on there.

Thanks for your post @Leighanneh and I'm sorry to hear of the E-Mail issues.
It looks like this is a duplicate post and has been picked up by other colleagues.
Do please refrain from multiple posts on the same issue, as this can cause multiple agents to pick up the same issue and cause confusion.
I'd advise only working with one of the two agents who have previously offered to take this into a private message with you, with the other one being advised of this actively being worked already.
