Email address linked to old account

Joining in

Hi, I left VM with a TV package and rejoined recently with Phone, Broadband and TV.  I've tried to log into and register My Virgin Media account but it logs into my old account.  I have rang the call centre 7 times now and they still haven't fixed it.  I am at the end of my tether with it and am considering leaving already.

Please help.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with our my VM systems, with this you can only have one email associated to one account, if you used the same email back then it would not process through, we can go about joining these together or if you have another email to use we would advise using this.


Hi Joe, 

I've tried to set up my account with another email address by adding surname, account number and area code but it says that the account is linked to my old email address - when I then log in it points to my old account.  So I am unable to register my new account with a different email address.

Could you please assist further?
