Hello,
So I've been having problems for weeks setting up the my virgin media account. I've finally got through the verify email address and resetting the password malarky and now I'm getting DEF01 error for Complete my profile. Done it on 4 different browsers, done it on laptop, phone and iPad, cleared all cookies, history EVERYTHING. Since swapping to virgin have had nothing but issues I just want to be able to log into the account. Can someone please sort this out?

We're sorry to hear you've been having issues with trying to set up My VM and are now having issues completing the security profile.
This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
