Please can someone from Virgin Media tech support contact me. I can't register for a My Virgin Media account, I keep getting the error message "Oops... Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I've already tried the following solutions I read on this forum: deleted cache and cookies from Chrome, used incognito on Chrome, tried another web browser (Microsoft Edge) AND another device - Android mobile. The registration page doesn't even display correctly on Android mobile.
I've been very happy with the self-installation of kit for broadband, TV & landline, but this is very frustrating.
