Can't register Virgin Media account

When trying to register for My Virgin Media, I cannot get past the create a password stage. I get the error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one."

I have tried different browsers and deivces, and tried changing the email and password used to log in numerous time, but still can't register. Can someone please advise me on the next steps?

I have the same issue, please sort this. Thinking of leaving and going back to previous provider if there is no solution.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to register for a self-care account.

Can you please confirm what error message(s) you're in receipt of when trying to register?

Have you attempted to clear the cache on the browser you're using, or trying a different browser to complete the registration?

Hi, reading previous comments, this is a known issue at Virgin. Why has no effort been made to rectify this issue when it affects so many customers over such a length of time ? I cannot register, as the sign up process will not accept ANY password and gives the message  "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one."
