Account number not accepted on registration

Hello,

i have been trying to insert my info in myVirginMedia so I can access my bills, etc. I could register, but when comes to inform my account number and last name, keeps telling me that “Customer not found” or “we cannot find this account” even when I use the information I have from the order/contract. Can you please help?
