Access alerts fails, followed reset password but virgin doesn’t send reset email out. Can’t phone to reset as I can’t speak (I have lung cancer which affects my speech) can access virgin tv but not my media or VMware connect. Any help would be appreciated

Message means an email, I find this at the top of the screen it is an envelope symbol.

As you're using a mobile device, you'll need to click/tap on your profile image in the top-right corner and then select "Messages" from the drop down menu that populates.
